Putting together the right development team is essential to producing a successful project. Gathering a good team members can take years and often several different approaches to identify who is a good “fit” and who may not be.

• Construction Contractors

Successful development depends on the developer’s ability to manage the many participants in the developments process. You must be able to recognize quality work and know when to ask questions, who to ask, and what to ask. You’ll need to strike a delicate balance between trust in the decisions of the players on the team, and constant vigilance. If mistakes are made, no matter who makes them, you are ultimately responsible.
